Jennifer Brown

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Jennifer was trained by master instructors in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Tap. Throughout her youth, she performed nationally, training under names such as Mia Michaels, Joey Dowling, Lauren Adams, Jason Parsons, Chris Jacobsen, and Caroline Lewis-Jones. She started her teaching career 11 years ago and discovered that her true passion lies there. She has a BA in business, and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. She has trained dancers who gained acceptance into companies such as Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Houston Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. She has also coached students who have gone on to be finalists for the Youth American Grand Prix, and dancers who work commercially for television networks like Nickelodeon. She enjoys teaching ballet, lyrical, and especially technique classes. She strives to help her students develop flexibility, strength, and coordination by combining three-dimensional movements, resistance exercises, and core control to allow for more agility and grace.

“I aspire to inspire.”
